So i went to see the loop art tour with momoko. I never heard about this before but i want to try it because i want to now more about chicago. That day me and momoko forgot to bring out paper so we just see some off them not all of them. The one thing that make me shock is about the piccasso chicago. I have seen that before i even have slide in that thing with my friend. I though it's only somebody's art not piccasso because i never heard about piccasso making an instalation. And the instalation is not really pretty because he made woman face looks like horse face. The other thing is the bean real name is Gate of cloud. Meybe the artist name it because it reflect the sky and it look like a gate. But i don't go to all of them i still wanna go somtimes especially the mural it's really makes me curious.

MCA Reflection

The MCA i think is one of the museum that when people go to chicago they have to see it. Because there we can see a real contemporary art. It's my first time going there and i never heard about it before. So i kinda excited to go there. The location of the museum are good because it's near the water tower so people can easily get there. After come if the one that i like is the video that they make in reverse so. The artist made it really really good somtimes people didn't notice it if they don't look it carefully. in the third floor i get a new taste of contemporary art. The collection are so many so i can look it and try to discribe it. The one that people always look is the nudity video for me is fine to show that as art but maybe it can offense on some people. Other great art work there is the mud that make a round shape. Teacher told me that they don't make it by brush of whatever item to make that they throw the mud and it can became a big circle. So i get a really good lesson in the contemporary art. that everything that you made you can apreciate it like an art.

Reflection of The AIC II

This time is my second time go to the AIC. this time we do different project we have to heard the info from the audiovoice that we get in the museum. the audio information are very useful because when we go there the information that written there are not enough so the audio gave us more information for the artwork. Like the art project that i present about a smaller size of statue in lassalle street. In the audio includes the interview of the artist who make the statue. The statue use to be the highest in chicago before. And the purpose of the artist makes that statue to be the symbol of trade is accomplished because the building is becoming the world trade of food

I choose this art work because i really amazed with the artist. He made this painting really big but he made it smaller size before. and he made it 7 times before the final artwork. He want to show us about summer is a really happy season that every body can go out enjoy the sunshine.
It's a really interesting work because he made it with a dot so it will take it a long time to make.

Reflection of The AIC

This is my first time visiting the art institute of Chicago so i really excited about it. I never heard about this museum before so when the teacher told us we wanted to go there i do some research and found that this museum is the biggest in the world. The first expresion i went there is really amazing. It's like coming in to a really expensive museum. All of the painting is expensive and made by really famous artist in the old days. Then we observe the old wing and it's really good and i found a really special painting that i present for my presentation with henri.

I Like the beans sculpture because it's located in Chicago.. The Designer has a lot of imagination because he named it the gate cloud. but meybe it's true because we can reflect cloud in the metal and it's shaped like a gate.
